what is your new years resolution..i have [2]

1..to be smoke free for 2009 2..to tell my loved ones once a week that i love them..we dont show our feeling.half as much as we should..whats yours..say as you mean to go on..be brave..tony

To stay smoke free, that's it.

I already make a point of trying to show my family how much I love them - and to tell Mrs StuartH and StuartH Jnr at least once a day.

Thats the single most important thing, and not smoking is the best thing I can do to improve myself.

One more thing, After reading the next post...

to end 2009 less in debt than I will start it!
