yeah great xmas and new year i am in competition with the OH with the diet and exercise he reakons walking wont burn my calories and will just wear out my knees and he reakons he can lose more weight than me by just eating less and playing battlefield on his computer as the brain power and concentration will burn calories

not sure if he is winding me up or whether he actually believes his ludicrous claims lol

anyways he has put the fire in my belly and made me wanna beat him big time

we did quit smoking together and supported each other last year but this year its all out war

That's so funny, exactly my thoughts this new year. If we can quit the fags we can lose that bit of puppy fat put on because of it. We are strong enough, that's for sure
