My Main Reason is this,

I like to be in control of what I can be in control of. I do not like having thing control me, esp when there is no real reason for it.

When I smoke, fags control me. They control my mood, my anxiety, my happiness. They get me when I'm up and when I'm down.

I want to take back control!!!!

Oh and also, my health, my family.. yardy yardy dah.....
