I didn't realise until I went to see the nurse today that I had already reached 1 month! It was nice to get a pat on the back from the nurse and a big, fat "ZERO" reading on the peak flow meter!!

Zero on a peak flow? I hope you mean the co meter... zero on peak flow means you have no lungs, and while I am no Doctor.... I'm pretty sure thats something you might want to have checked!
