Greetings fellow quitters. Liam here with a quick update on the giving up thing. Into Month 5 now and I dont even think about smoking any more 
Hope everyone else is hangin on in there with me. Looks like I'm out here for Xmas so at least I wont be tempted to smoke by being pi**ed in the pub on Xmas eve. Will write again when I can. Take care and dont give up giving up. If I can do it out here ............. Liam XX

Well done, that's a stressful situation to be quitting smoking. I mean, I have had some stress while quitting... but I can go home to my Mrs for a cuddle at the end of it.
Your an inspiration to us all and a credit to yourself, and not just with the quit.

I'm pretty sure if my quit was undertaken in the same terms as yours it would not have reached 5 months. You definitely have my respect. Having said that the 'xx' after your name can and does lead others into forming impressions. Not me though...no, no, no.
