Well made it to the 3rd day, work is hard without smoking, this is the longest iv'e
gone without a ciggy in years... Just wish I could concentrate!! The gum is really helping, but want to cut down on that too, need to get the nicotine out of my system...

Well done Sophie!! We will get there!! just got to fight those cravings!! Think I'll have to go on a diet later, as I'm eating softmints like there's no tomorrow lol!
Thanks a lot Kat and Debbs, It got really bad this afternoon, with some massive mood swings, but hanging on in there! think ill need to upgrade to extra strong mints tomorrow, need something more hardcore lol

When he comes back see how he smells - it won't be nice - that should help you keep off them.
Drink a lot of water, for some reason it helps, pretend to smoke a roll of paper or a lollypop stick, chew gum and above all keep busy, craves are a lot worse when you're bored!!
Do anything that distracts you, the cravings only last a few minutes, I know they're so intense they feel longer. Try brushing your teeth or gargling with strong mouthwash, scream, cry, punch a pillow, anything but give in - You can do it :cool:
