Hi everyone - I'm afraid I failed miserably this morning so I am aiming for the end of the week. Got to keep myself busy when I am at home so I don't feel tempted. Don't feel the need to smoke when I'm out just when I'm at home.

Got a lot of decorating and things to do so that should help. How could I have been so stupid as to think a few puffs wouldn't hurt. Just look what happened. I could give myself a very big kick up the backside.:mad:

Take note newbies you have to be on your guard all the time. It does get easier though and it is only cos I was stupid and oh relented and let me.

And John I have downloaded Allan Carr's Scandal and will be reading it this week.

Don't beat yourself up, I think most of us have had good intentions for a day 1 which never happened.

As you well know Jan its no good unless u are really ready and heads in the right place - perhaps until that happens you could make it difficult to smoke at home, say only outside when its 80 degrees should cut you down a bit lol or only after drinking a spoonful of cod liver oil :eek:
