Had a good day again yesterday not that many cravings until i got a sniff of a fag from someone walking past boy that smelt really good first time i been around anyone smoking so just kept myself busy all night had the best night sleep in two weeks as well went to bed and never got up again until seven in the morning better than half two like the rest of the week
