I am now one month 6 days smokefree, as in other thread i am not on champix now doctor took me off it, i tried the lozengers he gave me, but someone said try chubba chubbs lollies, so now i am on them as they are much better for me and have no nic in them, feeling much more calmer now.

Hi BB Gunners, i went a bit manic depressed, very sad i know but it felt real at the time, i thought everyone was against my quit.

Feeling my better now i am sucking lolly pops, must need a sugar rush to feel this good.

I am doing cold turkey because i have read this forum a lot and they say its best I'm not sure about that though, I was thinking about asking the doctor for champix - but then I read about you and champix and don't know now

I wouldnt let me put you off, as loads of people have done it with the help of champix. Its just what you think will work for you.

Hi all

Not been here the last week due to work commitments.

Hi FW glad your still sticking with your quit. I'm still hanging in there. I am still taking Champix and I'm starting to feel like one of the lucky ones. I have been fine with them with no serious side affects up until now. (Bob touches wood just to be safe :p)

I will be 6 weeks into my quit on Monday and still feeling strong.

Hope everyone else is doing well.
