One month today, yippee!!!! Moving up to the month 2 thread.

Lots of stuff going on at the mo, so haven't been on here much.

Got another interview today, wish me luck!!!

Well done!!! I keep popping into the weeks ahead of me to get inspiration and it's working - so keep up the good work!!

On a previous quit a few weeks ago (had a blip so I'm back to day 7 now) I had an interview. I'd been stopped about 3 weeks at the time and I felt so much better. I was relaxed, able to concentrate and I knew that I smelt nice! So best of luck and I'm sure that all the confidence you've gained from stopping will shine through in your interview.

Interview went well (I think!), just have to wait and see if i get a second interview. Job seemed really interesting too, working on a large farm that sells pigs!! Oink oink!! Though it stunk!!!

Been thinking about the cigs a few times yesterday and Monday, not craving them, just thinking.

I would say i've been lucky, cos i haven't craved at all (not strong enough to be cravings), just thought about smoking and each time i've justified why i wouldn't want a cig, sorted!!

I think i've thought about them due to travelling with my job on Mon & tues, which i haven't done since before i quit. Therefore this was the first time driving long distance since i quit.

Like pavlov's dogs, or whatever he was called, i still get in the car and wind the window down, crazy!! I'm sure i'll stop when the weather is colder!!!

Thanks for your support everyone, and well done to so many of you for achieving the days, weeks and months in your quits.

I haven't been posting much, but read a few and everyone is doing sooo well!
