I am saying sorry to all, i am a drama queen,

i have now changed from champix, to NRT,

Doctor said my depresion may have something to do with it.

Thanks John, its just that doctor said i would be better trying NRT.

So he gave me a script for lozengers 2mg,

i have only had three since yesterday, i dont feel as hot headed and tearful now. thanks anyway for advice.

This is going to sound stupid but what about chubba chubbs? something to hold and something to have in your mouth. Its working for me but then im only on day two.

second the chubba chubbs - find I use them in the car when in the past I would have puffed my way thru many a cigarette...

also use Bachs Flower Remedy pastilles - you can still talk when sucking those - unlike the lollipops!!!
