How long have you gone so far? Well done, it's not the easiest thing to do! Think my sense of smell may have come back. I nearly vomitted at the stench coming off raw green beans (they are still fresh in case you are wondering!) I usually love green beans, hmmmmmm...

I had my last cig last night at 10.35. just started to get a bit edgey think i'd better open that puffer thingy, or do i wait a bit, and hope this feeling goes away.

That's good, and it is tough. I used the inhalator once and the funny thing is I was complaining to my husband that it tastes horrible, he came back at me and said "And cigarettes taste good?" That soon shut me up! I'm just doing it cold turkey and taking the NOPE approach - Not One Puff Ever (I can't take credit for that one, it's a friends brainstorm of a name!) I know that I can't just have the one cause it messes me up. It's none at all for me. Good luck :D x

Thanks! Believe me though, it's ot all been plain sailing, battled with the urge a couple of times today. I'm hoping I'll stay positive. On my last quit I couldn't sleep and I was very depressed and tearful, so hoping that this will not rear it's ugly head this time. Can still smell my prefume, and put it on about three hours ago so that's made me happy. Why oh why did I spend a fortune on smelling nice when all I smelt of was dirrrty fags? Lol x
