Hi All. i am having a good time, just a few little craves. Still drinking loads of water, I am getting lots of support from family. Hope every one is still here with me.
May Day Quitters team.: Hi All. i am having a... - No Smoking Day
May Day Quitters team.
Yay! I'm still doing ok, too. Had a bit of a rough time last night when I came home form work - but I went out for a walk, then came home and reorganized the closets
I do feel slightly tight in the chest today, like I am getting a cold, but I've heard that's a fairly normal symptom.
It's a beautiful day here - the sun is shining, clear blues skies! I am going to head out for a bike ride soon and enjoy the day!
Way to go May Day Team - everyone keep up the good work! Have a great Saturday!!

You don't work @ Sainsburys do you?! They have 'reorganised' some of their aisles  Back to playing Sherlock Holmes again to find the beans/hair wax/make up/jif ggrrr
Good luck with your quit. Soooooooooo much better to be smoke free than being a smoker. When I see people wiv a fag in their hands now it makes me feel gooooooooooood that that will never be me again
You don't work @ Sainsburys do you?! Tehehehehe. Nooooooope! I live in Canada Sorry they reorganized your aisles - I hate it when they do that!!!!!!
I agree it's better to be a non-smoker. I hated the smell of it on my clothes - especially when I work in an office of all non-smokers. It was pretty evident when I'd come in from having one....I felt like Pigpen from Charlie Brown leaving a snail trail of smoke....lololol
Well done May day quitters all good i hope. Have a nice weekend. linda xxxx
How come when they reorganize our aisles the food goes up in price?
So we have to pay extra to look for longer.
My name is Fairywings, and I am a nicotine addict.
I have stopped nicotine for 2 days, 19 hours, 17 minutes and 54 seconds (2 days).
I've not smoked 84 death sticks, and saved £21.45.
I've saved 7 hours of my life.
I feel so lucky not to have been smoking these last few days. I have smoked since i was 15 and slowly been killing myself with upto 30 plus cigs a day.
Thank you all for your words of wisdom,
Doesnt it sound like a AA sermon. But yes i am a nicotine addict.
I have had lots of craves today, they only last a couple mins.
Yes I can still remember my last cig, vile.
Thanks for reading my mad words.
Oh! i craved, felt like all my nerves were jumping around.
At one point i was thinking about the lonely walk to shop,
and the shame of telling family and my new friends here,
But my mum said you,ve gone 2 day please just wait a little longer.
Good old mum she was right, a few mins later, i was over it.
Thank you my dear old mother. I do love her.:D
Sorry to all in this post, i didnt say thank you for helping me through another bad day. SORRY
