Well, I just posted a smashing big thread about my week away and the fact that I have stopped taking Champix and how wonderful life is and how I love being a non-smoker and how I HATE the smell of cigarettes now and bla bla bla, but Mozilla crashed in in middle of it so this a condensed version
Basically, I'm back, missed you all, hope you're all doing as great as me
PS/ Do I still have a team????

It's a bit quiet around here. I'm off for a nice bath. A week in a caravan with only a cramped shower room leaves one longing for some pampering !planetsmilies.net/person-sm...
Maybe catch ya later!

When we went to the caravan I forgot to take my Champix on the 1st and 2nd days, and really felt no difference, so on day 3, I made a conscious decision to try without and I've been fine ever since
Don't get me wrong, the Champix really, really helped me quit, but I feel so much better knowing it is just "me" doing this now, standing on my own 2 feet so to speak
Hi Barbara - just to let you know I'm still here and still not smoking and still cannot believe it!! Was never any good at doing the smily face team signature but am still very much in your team!
Congrats on finishing the Champix. I'm just down to the one little white one every morning - taking the in-laws abroad very soon so don't dare give them up completely yet! Have you been any more tempted since you gave them up or is it just life as normal?

I've had a few tantrums along the way lol but can honestly say I think (No, I KNOW) I've got this thing beat. The Demon is dead and the Egg remains uncracked (Now I HOPE you've read CatWoman's thread or that will make NO sense whatsoever
