I am 2 week 2 days now. I am very want to smoke tonight. no no no, Tomorrow is better i am hope. Is to late for patch and champix ? i dont want to smoke. can you help ? please tell me. I can read England good I cam listern but not write or say to good. I no what you say.

You sound like you are doing fantastically! Especially as you have gone cold Turkey, I am told when the bad days happen to focus on how great you have done so far - concentrate on that, what you have done for your health and wealth will far outweigh one puff and for what? you wouldn't enjoy it and be racked with guilt.

Keep up the good work, you are an absoloute star!

Rosa .. You have done so well. and youve done it without any nicotene replacement. Keep going girl you will beat this ! try not to think about wanting a cigarette.. when the craving comes go for a walk , have a bath, clean your house, anything that keeps your mind occupied. How are you doing Rosa? It worries me when people go all quiet :confused: Hope you are still quit. I'm also interested in where you come from, I am holidaying abroad this year and depending where you live, you may be able to give me some 'insider info'!!!
