hello all.

i can see that some are finding it hard, well i know what you are going

through. because im into my 4th week now... was doing so well. then today

i really wanted a cig so badly. how i never went to the shop i never know.

but now im back to my old self... and not wanting to smoke. when i got

home from work, i came right on here for help. and got it by the many

experiences im seeing now. was told its does get better soon. [ i hope so ]

LETS KEEP GOING TEAM.. WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER.....
