Day 11 and another dream

I dreamed I'd had a baby (I'm 63 :eek and I kept dropping it when I changed its nappy and then it started to be cheeky to me and answering back - not sure if this is to do with the patches or not. Otherwise going well, hope everyone else will have a good day.

Well, my dreams are still mad after 16 days! Last night I was a detective being stalked by a serial killer- most exciting, until the part where I was cornered! Woke up drenched in sweat!! I never used to have such vivid dreams on such a regular basis before, it is really wierd.

it is so the patches lol i had some same kinda dreams and lots of nightmares with patches so was my excuse to come of em on champix this time around and cant mem any dreams but know im having them they r more weird than horror.....one i can mem was broke down in car round a very tight and quiet bend it was very misty and i got out of car and went away from it ...end of dream lol wierd huh

At our stage in life that was a definite nightmare. Well done, 11 days is brilliant. I started with the 24 hour patches but I didn't like the nightmares so my NHS Nurse told me to take it off at night, no more problems.

The only dream iv had is, i kept forgeting i had quit and i would light up a smoke, finish it then realise i had quit when it was to late. Not impossible for me. The amount of times iv reached for my smokes only to realise they are not there is ridiculus.

Kara LOL I have just done what u have said reach for a cig while watching tv.... daft as I didnt even have a craving.... it was just habit maybe I need to sit on other side of sette as I am a non smoker now.

as for dreams Viv

not had any yet but had some wired ones before I stopped while I was planning to stop. those dreams were about my cats who are house cats and the loves of my life. they were about losing them and thinking they had escapted... also times when 100's of cats wanted to come in..

maybe that was a pointer for me to start my stop and carry on. I want to start helping cat through cat protection,I do a bit now. not smoking I will have more time and energy
