Hi Janet,

Don't feel too badly about it...we've all been there. Every day smoke free is a day you've healed your system. Think about how it went ...what were the triggers, what were the worst features. Think about how to do it next time to maximise your chances. wait 'til you're ready and really get settled into the intention before you start. If you're going to throw off this sneaky habit you need to have a clear, simple, deeply held, settled feeling that you CAN and you WILL...Old Nic will find your weakness if there's one there.

Your time will come, Janet...I hope it's really not too long before you're good and ready to challenge the hold that horrid nicotine has on your FREEDOM.

Good luck for then and remember the crew on here are willing you on!

hi everyone thank you for messages iv made up my mind smoking is not for me any more iv smoked pack of ten and everyone of them turned me sick .and the smell stinks never again i dont care what i got to do but im going to do it starting tomorrow day 1 again thank you everyone you been great help.
