Everyone else is doing really great, I never knew that chatrooms like this even existed. Hopefully it will help all of us!! I think your right MoJo I will go to 21mg today, why make it harder for myself and afterall I do not want to be doing day 3 EVER AGAIN.!!!!!!!;););)

  • I am 18 mins into my Day Four so I thought I'd put my head above the parapet in this thread.

I just posted my thoughts about the end of Day Three to the Day 3 section and nothing much has changed yet.

I have developed a rash down my left side, from my chest downwards. I have no idea if it's got anything to do with stopping smoking, but that's the only change in my lifestyle recently so I can't see what else it could be.

The evening of Day 3 was hard - I'm hoping that the afternoon and evening of Day 4 will be a lot easier.

I woke up only once during the night (which was three less than the night before last) but no cravings. And no smoking-related dreams.

I'm deliberately not going out this weekend as I'm aware I'm pretty grumpy and tetchy, but it's Easter next week and I'm looking foreard to surprising a lot of people with my new non-smoking status!

I have been quit for 3 Days, 26 minutes and 40 seconds (3 days). I have saved £27.51 by not smoking 120 cigarettes. I have saved 10 hours of my life. My Quit Date: 12/03/2008 12:07

  • You will find a way, keep going ;)

My advise is with all that money you save buy some Nintendo stuff, I'm sat here right now with my daughter playing Pokemon next to me, and son playing baseball on the Wii. God bless nintendo.

Thanx Mojo, turned out to be a great day afterall, did some fun things with the kids, and now the sun is even shining!!!! Only another 8 hours or so left of Day 4 and tomorrow is another day. Oh S**t, have mother-in-law staying with us tomorrow for 2 weeks, and she smokes!Arghhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

Hope day 4 has been okay for you.....................x
