I'm very pleased and somewhat surprised to announce that I have now officially gone for 2 calendar months without smoking. And as everyone else seems to be in a team, I'm going to create my own. It's going to be called TEAM FFS, short for First Friday Stoppers, because all team members quit smoking on the first Friday of 2008. Yes, I know there is only one team member at the moment, but that makes it a very tightly-knit team where everyone helps everyone else.
But really, thanks to everyone on this forum for their wisdom and support. It's very useful to read the messages from other people who are at the same stage of their quit as you are.
Whatever happened to that moo guy? I used to love his posts.
Anyway, budge up Jojo, Linda, Sutty, Icandothis, Robertb and the rest of you, make room for a little one {...looks around...} I like what you've done in here, nice decor.....maybe a few too many cushions for my liking, but hey, very comfy.
I have been quit for 2 Months (60 days). I have saved £315.97 by not smoking 1,200 cigarettes. I have saved 4 Days and 4 hours of my life. My Quit Date: 04/01/2008 11:45

Talking of cushions...I have a similar prob with pillows! D'ya know, I have spent £30 just over trying to find a decent pillow?!! I just forked out £16 for ONE pillow and it isn't 'all that' so I'm still on the prowl for a decent pillow darnit. Buying two more tomorrow, I hope THEY prove worth while! Just how much do you have to spend to get a half decent pillow?
yeah, and I know what you're all thinking...."I wish my only problem was checkin' out pillows" heheh!
