thanks for the welcome, day 82 just started

a few cravings left but manageable,

strangely not even after coffee or wine or a large meal,

it's just when I try to concentrate on something.

anyway it's my second serious attempt. the first time I tried patches and

it worked for a while, then I bought cigars...cause you don't really smoke'em

this time I just stopped doing it, with help from Carr.

I was kind of a heavy smoker compared to people around me,

so it's funny to be the non-smoker now :D

I know what you mean by the cigars, thats been my trap the last attempt at quitting, as you say "You don't smoke em" :D and then you find you do, then back on normal cigs, losing game, so no cigars at all, I hated them anyway, just an excuse to smoke it was.

I started smoking cigars at the end of my last quit, I think it eased my conscience to be able to say to people in all honesty "I haven't had a cigarette since...." - junkie thinking! Pathetic, I know.:(

important thing is we got rid of everything now.

day 85 is starting, I think I lost the initial enthusiasm, but I guess it's normal
