Just discovered we both stopped on Feb 14th - definitely a Happy Valentine's Day!! Can you believe we have come this far??? How are you coping? For me Day 1 was fine as I was in a very positive determined mood, but Day 2 I spent in tears and Day 3 I spent in bed but after that things have just got better and easier now all the nicotine is out of my body.
Looking forward to celebrating the 1 month anniversary with you!!

Thanks for your kind words, I hit 7 days at 1am this morning and yesterday was my hardest day days 1-6 were easy which is kind of strange.:confused:
