I went back to work today , and it felt great to stay in the warm when every one went out side to smoke. I was proud to tell everyone I am now smoke free !!! i know its early days (I quit for 6 weeks last year ) but this time I am more postive , I WILL STAY SMOKE FREE FOREVER !!!! I feel brighter and less lethargic too !
