Off to see the Dr

I have an appointment to see my Dr about Champix this afternoon.

I have been struggling for a while now and it wasnt getting any better. I smoked 3 last night. I have tried patches 4 times now and although positive at the begining i keep failing.

If I fail this time then thats what I am going to try next time ....

I think this was my 4th serious attempt at quitting with the patches. I do find them good but seem to lose motivation after a few weeks.

Hopefully he will let me have some and i will let you know ho i get on.

try not to give into smoking though, try and stay quit during this time.

Any head start will be making things so much easier and you have already come so far!! Think about what you HAVEN'T smoked more than the few you have. it's very few in comparison x x

Hi Flippy, sorry to hear you are mega struggling. It ain't easy, but gets easier. Hope you get the champix off the doc- it is a BRILLIANT drug for stopping smoking, just be aware it has some strange (but not all bad)side effects!! Good luck.
