Into Week 3 Motivation Problem

Hi All,

I made it to week 3 without smoking which I am v.pleased about.

The only thing that is concerning me now is my drop in motivation, which seems to have come about from not smoking. It is probably all a bit psychological as I am pretty sure I used ciggies to motivate myself, so I would have a cigarette and a coffee saying to myself have this then do a few hours of whatever and then reward have another afterwards.

And it is like without ciggies I am finding it very hard to motivate myself to get my work done, to get started on things I need to do, that previously I would have had a ciggie and then just do it.

Anyone have this problem and any ideas how I can overcome my current lack of motivation?
