Hey guys here I am on week 3 and still going strong with my quit bud Karen!
Feeling great at the moment but still get the odd 'a cig would be nice now' but mainly due to boredom in work!
I reckon a few more weeks should do the trick and even these thoughts will be gone.

I can still remember the thoughts after I had a ciggy : Ewwww this is disgusting Why do I smoke! I will never inhale another puff of that horrible stuff xxx
