Well, I'm pleased to say I'm on day 15 of this quit and it's going pretty well. My vital statistics show that I've managed to avoid 300 cigs and saved a whole day of my life if you use the calculation that every cigarette you smoke costs you 5 minutes of life.
The problem I've had with previous quits, which I can't really explain, is that I get fed up of being so good and righteous, end up thinking "Ahh, sod this for a game of soldiers" and buy some smokes. Stupid, I know.
Still, for now this quit is going OK, I'll just take one day at a time.
Cheers
I have been quit for 2 Weeks, 1 Day and 59 minutes (15 days). I have saved £78.05 by not smoking 300 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Day and 1 hour of my life. My Quit Date: 04/01/2008 11:45
