300 days!

Just wanted to stop by again and mark another milestone of 300 days! Finally on the 65 day homestraight to a year!

So so happy because I know that this time, I've done it and it's for good. I haven't touched a cigarette since day one and in previous quits I've always failed on that one puff that I thought was harmless. I was even offered a drag of a nicotine free e-cig the other day - I don't want any of that rubbish in my lungs, just oxygen thank you!

Again, to the new quitters reading through threads, if I can do it, anybody can. I loved smoking and now I wouldn't dream of it. It may suck in the early days and feel like you'll never get to this point, but I can assure you that you will! It passes SO quickly too.

I'll be back on day 365!!!

Lewis, so great to read this, I have often thought of you and how your doing, my word what a credit to the forum you are! At times you have shown your sole but I do hope you are very very proud, you deserve to be, and I for one am so so happy for you.
