Ive just put my last one out and am off to bed and starting tomorrow as a non smoker.
My habit is to smoke when I have upsetting/stressful/angry thoughts more so than at regular intervals when nicotine levels are dropping. will this make it harder to quit?
Any advice appreciated.

Ive got patches and gum ready for tomorrow and have downloaded an Alan Carr book to start reading. Ive also made quite a long list of chores that need doing to keep me busy so I hope that helps distract me.

You're very welcome
Patches and gum will definitely help, and keeping yourself busy even more - the craves ae worst when you've not got anything to keep your mind busy!!
Ooh if you're using 24 hour patches and you start getting bad dreams, take the patch off before you go to bed and they'll stop - I had some really weird ones
Drinking water helps too, not sure why but it does
All the best for tomorrow GeorgiaP ..well done if you get through your chores, some people find it a great way to stave off the craves, personally, I found it hard to motivate myself to even get out of bed the first few days
