Hi
I am on day seven and just wanted to know if anyone else still felt foggy and dizzy? Aside from all the other symptoms I just feel like I am a zombie??

15 years. Actually feel a bit better today, someone told me to take vitamin C each day as it helps minimise the withdrawel symptoms so this might be working? I hope so, just want to normalise and move on from this nightmare
Foggy

The fog finally cleared, though, and it was blue skies!
Keep it up! You can do this and you will be glad you did!

It has really been worth it. I decided to take a skiing trip with the money I've saved. Bought a first-class ticket with the cigarette money!
Yippee!
