Good reasons.
Are you putting the money in a jar??
When i gave up in spetember i got to £150 and went and bought a flat screen tv for my bedroom. Then i went and started smoking again (how stupid was i)
Is there anything you want to buy yourself then maybe you can aim for that.
i've not started a jar but think i will,if wee succeed we want to go on holiday, another reason my daughter will be gaining lol. Thats all i want is for my daughter to gain from it.
she'll gain from your feeling better won't she!
Good that you're stopping right now.. I was diagnosed with asthma in 93 (ish) and stupidly carried on smoking.. You won't do that so you'll probably avoid the complications that got me
Your breathing will get better and you'll find yourself using the inhalor less and less.. that's my experience, hope it's yours too.
Best of luck
