Just had my coffee and forced down a tortuous bowl of oaty stuff (horsefeed i think) knocking back the champix half way through.
Last night was awful, didnt know what to do with myself! was watching tele and reaching for the fags automatically, was even willing bedtime round quicker to get to sleep and forget about it!
Saw smoking cessation bods, my carbon monxide has gone from 36 to 5 which is a vast improvement!
Hoping these cravings get shorter lived and less freqent! Just bought another bag of carot sticks to munch on! in 12 weeks and going to need 'carrotix' to get off them!
Another thing my dreams seem to be getting weirder........we're off on hols next may biz class to japan and korea and dubai...dreamt we turned up at airport and were we had been rebooked on a package deal to magaloof in a 2 star hotel.................god i needed a fag when I woke up!
Going to walk dog, hoover (have taken a few days off work) then head into town, have walked miles so far!!..............

oh I know its only 10.15 in the morning. This is the longest time I have ever gone without a ciggie in over 30 years. Really struggling but sticking with it. Was so miserable last night I also took myself off to bed early. Been up this morning, had Champix, 2 coffees, going back to bed again. Brain is doing some weird stuff at the moment, must have two - one telling me not to light up, the other saying go on have one..... aarghhh. If I can do one day I can do another .... here goes to the next 24 hours.
as the previous posts say keep yourself busy that is one of the key things to do, i used to bike ride, but the weather is crap now, do anything but what u usually do, you get lots of jobs done lol. its not easy, we all know that, and anything worth doing, isnt easy but the rewards are great and u must stay focused. we are all here for you, take care xxx
