well i have made it to day 13

not been an easy journey, some days are plain sailing while others are hell.

still getting cravings :mad:i thought these would have gone by now.

just hope i do not have to spend the rest of my life having cravings,

because this is when i could fall flat on my face and start chuffing again.

I'm only a few days in front of you (day 21today) but I can honestly say that the cravings get and less with each completed day. No,they haven't disapeared completely yet but they are so slight more like thoughts not urges. I think the fact that so many folk DO quit must mean that cravings end at some point.Otherwise these folk would.nt stay quit.
