Ok, so I am weak...I know this is lame but after 12 days I blew it..I am starting over again and am going to keep trying until I make it. The problem came when the weekend came around and I was drinking red wine..bad move. My defenses were down and I was smoking again. So--here I am again at day one..

Hi SSig. Don't beat yourself up about it.You can learn from this and make sure you are forearmed if the same thing ever happens again. Its marvellous that you have decided to get back in the saddle ,so to speak,. Treat the weekend as a small blip . Good luck and stay strong.
SMOKESIGNAL, don't go beating yourself up about it, instead congratulate yourself on the fact you have had 12 days smoke free. It is good to see you back here so soon and that you haven't completely given in to the ciggies and I am sure that you will beat your previous total this time around.
