30 days and I blew it

Well 30 days smoke free and I got myself into an unfortunate situation after a really good almost crave free day, and I had a cigarette bummer:0( but I have decided I am not going to beat myself up about it, I'm just going to carry on like it didn't happen.

Hey darling!! Good to see you kept your head held high - and carrying on!!! 30 days is terrific and you should still be proud of every one of those days!!

besides, who doesn't have that odd day that we prefer to keep locked in the cupboard, because we weren't exactly proud of ourselves for one reason or another.;) ...xxx

Why not write down how you feel physically and emotionally, really go to town. Then keep it somewhere safe and get it out whenever you feel tempted to smoke again?

I like Hattie's writing idea - my purse was FULL of scribbled lists and thoughts during my early days...it helps!

Thanks guys for your support, I am back on track thank goodness the blip doesn't seem to have had a lasting effect, but I realised I have a non nicotine ecig which I am going to charge up just in case, I think I would prefer to reach for that than what I did last night xx
