Broke down after 17 days cold turkey and smoked ?what happens now?hope I can stop again tommorow?was doing so good but just could not take it anymore !this sucks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!maybe just a short relief?God help me!!!!

Mike, sorry to hear that mate, but tomorrow is another day, its a blip, you can do it, we are here for you, chuck any fags away, we all know its hard, I slipped but now back off the evil weed for good (but you never know) drown the gremlin.

Well waked to feeling like a loser not to mention my lungs feeling the same?threw out the pack I had (smoked 5 ) and will be starting over again I will not let one night drag me down and back to everyday smoking !thanks for all the kind words!

It's just a little blip, you are a success cos you have binned the evil Nicotine again even though he caught you off your guard briefly.

A little reminder to me (and others I guess) not to get too complacent when he's still lurking around waiting to pounce. (Day 16 now)
