Not exactly superman but as far as stopping smoking goes, its the greatest achievement I ever did. Well maybe one of them. Even better now with no smoking in pubs, feel real sorry for the poor sods out in the rain, though can still empathise and not being judgemental.

Got my running up to 5 miles, and could do more thanks to motivation of a good mate and not coughing up my guts. Oxygen has never been so good! How I hope I can continue to be strong!

Take care and much respect to everyone else. At the end of the day am £700 better off and might live a few more days.
