decided to give things another go with the boyfriend and still smoke freee

I did the race for life, and was nearly sick!

They made the whole of our park (which is massive) a no smoking area so that was grrrrrrrreat!

Well done for taking part in the race!

I've done the Race for Life a couple of times now and always thought it strange that they allowed smoking at a venue that was supporting cancer research I would run it while my other half and one of my friends would sit on the field and smoke! :/

I'm doing it on Blackpool Promenade this year, but will be walking it instead!

haha im feeling to lazy to keep count but atleast im posting somewhere

decided we probably saw each other too much, me and the OH so we are going to have nights off where we see our friends or go to the gym etc. So hopefully that would make things better

I managed so swap my daily crisps for a daily banana too and I think Ive lost weight yayyyyyy ~does a lil dance~

Still here

Had a great time around my friends house. I felt abit bad though for raiding her cupboards and munching up all her food.

I gave her a pound lol

Rode my bike to work so hopefully that burnt off the hotdogs i ate, and the cheese strings, and the crisps and dairylea dunkers, and my dinner :rolleyes:

Think I might have to go to the gym tonight lol

feeling great this morning! apart from being hungry but hey cant win them all!

Had a really nice evening last night. I went to the beach and sat on a bench watching the fishermen with my BF on the pier.

A man sparked up a ciggy on the bench next to us and OH said are you ok? does that affect you?

And it didnt so we continued to sit and watch the sun setting

then we went and watched harry potter chamber of secrets all smoke free

it was lovely

Sounds perfect Sammi! I'm constantly hungry at the moment too. I bought some yummy cinnamon mints (they are from the US so they are quite hard to find here) but they are really good at stopping me from eating the contents of my fridge, freezer and cupboards. I am still working my way through the kids Easter eggs too - they don't like Creme eggs - but I do all of a sudden!!

Ooh that's fab, it's good that the smell of smoke doesn't upset you!!

Was out and about yesterday in the sun and saw plenty of smokers - not even a little tug YAY

yeah Im really positive. I think that mini break up with the OH really helped. It let me get rid of a few things nagging me and i feel great now
