I made it past a week!!! Thats so much better than i managed in previous quits.

Getting a bit fed up with my local stop smoking service though cos i keep making arrangements to go see them then they arent there when i get there .... very annoying:mad:

So I have to say thanks to everybody on here cos I've found your support invaluable ... Big cheers for u all:cool:
