woo hoo look at me I'm on the day 4-7 board and i'm sooo proud of myself ......OK it may be no big deal to some people but for me its a biggie. This time last week i was polluting my body with 30 to 40 cigs a day now nada.
Feeling really positive today thanks to everybody on here for ur support it really makes a difference

Feeling good still going ... still thinking bout u know wot constantly but Linda i agree with you I dont actually want one i'm just not breaking the associations between things i used to do when i smoked.
