I've just began day 5 (an hour in). I'm not waking up as knackered either anymore. I've been waking up each morning way before my alarm clock and even managing going to the gym each morning! Never could be arsed before when I was smoking.
There's also about a 20 minute gap now between each cigarette thought. I'm not actually thinking that I want one: just that cigarettes pop into my head.
Big yay to us!!! I never thought it would be soo easy to quit!

I am on day 6 now and did have really bad cravings last night but today is another day and it will be smoke free.
I don't think I could bring myself to get out of bed when the alarm goes off though, still takes me at least an hour from it going off lol
