I'm at day 4. Bounced out of bed this morning felt totally great full of energy and even considered going to the gym tonight (i'm a member but don't actually go!!!).
About 3pm started feeling crap and dreading the long weekend ahead. I've got a BIG exam in 6 weeks which i've failed twice before so my time should be filled with studying, but can't be bothered. I know i should try to keep myself busy but can't be bothered.
So negative!!! :mad: :mad:
I've been reading lots of posts here and its has helped. Don't feel 100% now but do feel alot better.
