day 9 a weird sort of day

hi everyone

today was strange i went shopping to buy some new things for my hols. When i use to smoke i use to go to a coffee shop in the centre and have coffee and raspberry chessecake followed by a ciggie, as i walked near the coffee shop i seemed to panic, i went to my bag and get my inhalator but i had left it at home this seemed to really stress me out. It wasn't that i wanted a ciggie but why did this strange feeling come on like that the smell of people smoking outside this coffee shop was disgusting i had to come home i got myself in a right state
