Reached day 26, i go to lower level patch Saturday. Nice to be able to breath a bit better, no longer find myself stressing to breath.

Yes, busy times, but I could not let everyone here think that I failed; so I had to come back to post, even if I didn't have anything *too* exciting to say :)

Ah, really I never have anything too exciting to say! I just talk too much :D its a gift you know lol

For people like me when someone pops by and says 'hello' I get all excited :D it's more than enough.

Keep on dropping by and letting us know how you are doing, it means a lot x x

Keep it up ~x X x~

Yes I remember being on the big patch for ages too! infact the whole course from start to finish was about 3 months! I couldn't take the 24 hour ones though for nightmares  so got 16 hour ones but yeah the first step was like 6 or 8 weeks!

I bought two packages of the 21 mg, 4 weeks worth. On the patches im on it said after 4 weeks to step down to the 14 mg patch's, I don't recall at the moment how long it said to go with the 14. Originally I thought that it would be two weeks for each level, I had to go return the 14 mg I bought after 2 weeks (can only afford one at a time!).

I don't know if i used exactly 1 patch per day. The hours i change them came down to "when it fell off", on the first few days I think i put a new one on after like 8 hours because i was sure i was wearing a dud (ha!).

I am considering moving down to step three after this 14 mg box runs out, not sure yet.

Day 30 :)

Not too much of a diffrence, they are a bit smaller in size and stay on better, but that could have to do with brand name as well. I don't consider the cost too bad, it's actually just shy of what i was spending on smokes. I was worried about dropping down to the lower strength patches as well, but it was all for nothing, no problems at all :)
