I'm making a new thread, as yesterdays is too ngative.
I went for my first trainning session last night... phew boy, it was hard going!
I'm ok so far today (touch wood) no aches, pains or sprains... planing to go out again 2mora. Thank goodness I have 10 weeks!
I'm so proud of myself for getting over yesterday too... it was harder than the first day, as I mamanged to do it, I know I'll be able to get over any hurdle now!!
So lets all massage our egos....
WELDONE EVERYONE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

Well done seren! This is really good, especially considering you are just over the 2 week mark when many people find it tough. This is a brilliant example of doing something to keep yourself busy, get fitter, help others and really give yourself a 'target' to aim for!
