I noticed this morning that my sense of smell is improved a hell of a lot i wlkaed downstairs when i got up and i could smell the flowers i bought my nan for her birthday! i cant remember the last time i was ever able to smell flowers!
so that put me on a high for the rest of the day and all the money i have saved i have used to book me in for my next tattoo, i've wanted to get it for the last year but the choice to buy cigarettes always won, well thats not an option anymore and im pleased to be able to say that!
I hope Andy and the others are still going strong? come on week 3'ers! we can do this! week 4 is in sight! *looks* see there it is!!

Fantastic - and how lovely that you bought your nan flowers, you sweetie! Week 4 is getting close for you lot now isn't it, you should be most chuffed with yourselves.
hi jimi im here too, i had a dream last night i gave in and had a smoke felt guilty when i woke up this morning lol. suppose its my brain playing dirty tricks on me it knows im not going back to the nicotine now
I dreamt I bought 60 cigarettes the other night, but I don't remember dreaming that I smoked any of them - guess it was just one of those tricks the addict mind plays on you.
Could really do with a cig today though, the first time I'm felt like this in a few days, but then I'd only have to start all over again and I really don't want to do that.
I have been quit for 2 Weeks, 3 Days, 21 hours and 49 minutes (17 days). I have saved £92.94 by not smoking 358 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Day, 5 hours and 50 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 04/01/2008 11:4

Thats the design, it's going to cover my right forearm and will hopefully be the start of a sleeve,
it just keeps getting better as well, i was told earlier in the month that i was to get a pay rise of £2k per year, that has just been increased to an extra £5k a year
and whats even better, is that it's payday on the 28th, which just so happens to be my birthday AND the day i would have been quit for a month!

I dreamed I was puffing on my pretend plastic ciggy, thinking it tasted very realistic. I looked at it and was gutted to see ikt was a real cig and I had smoked it. I was devastated, and that feeling stayed with me when I woke. It made me stronger, cos it gave me a taste of how gutted I would be if I did give in!!
Well done to everyone who's into the third week, myself included!!!
