Day 18

It's a few days since I've written to the forum but just thought I'd let you know I've made it to day 18. Going on my first night out tomorrow since stopping smoking. The pubs here in Scotland have been smoke free since a year now so that should make it easier. Hopefully not smoking will make my hangover easier to handle on Saturday

Hi Darlyn WEll done for 18 days. Good luck for sat enjoy. They are starting the ban in Wales on Monday so like you said it should be easyer when I do get to go out. It is 16 days for me today and I have had a right stressfull week but I HAVE NOT SMOKED Never mined we will all beat MR NIC

You are doing so well, you should be well proud of yourself.

You are lucky that the pubs n clubs are no smoking areas now there, I can't wait for the ban here because I cannot visit the wine bar until July!! I am very weak.

The nonsmoking IMHO makes for a better night out all round! and morning after
