I've suprised myself

I gave up just over 10 weeks ago now and I have been one of the lucky ones I just quit on the spur of the moment and haven't looked back. I am now so much fitter, my complextion is alot healthier and i'm happier. I go to the gym at least four times a week which is something that I never dreamed I would be able to do. Don't get me wrong I still do think about smoking but after coming this far how could I ever go back.
