Thanks Rignold for your inspiring idea for cabbage to accompany my duck breast! Duck breast was a bit dry, couldn't leave it as pink as I'd have liked as it was from a pack of 4 frozen and instructions were to cook until all the pink had vanished! Next time, we'll buy fresh....

This was kind of the recipe stupideasypaleo.com/2015/03... but I diced the apple much finer. Used a cranberry and apple balsamic vinegar (2 tblsp) 200g savoy cabbage, 80g onion, 1 pink lady apple. 25g of butter and 10g of olive oil for frying. Toasted caraway seeds (1 tsp) gave a lovely added dimension!
