Getting there slowly

I'm starting this year a stone lighter than I started last year... Not earth shattering but a win is a win... I'm still 3 stone overweight so there is still a long road ahead... But it is 25% shorter than this time last year... Although I would like to improve on last year I would be content to match it... Slowly... Little by little I'm changing my lifestyle... More exercise on a regular basis.... Less drink on a regular basis... Just need to conquer the demon that is chocolate and I will have cracked it
